Installation of HP DeskJet 4155e was not as easy as expected with glitches connecting and printing. The printing process is also slow and it does not accept card stock in the automatic feed.

Does not print dual side from phones. Paper tray design is not the best, printer thinks no paper is present even when there is paper in tray. Have to reinsert.

I have had VERY negative experiences with this printer. I was told that there were few printers in stock when I purchased this. It was either this or some high-end models. My first two problems are due to the designed functionality of the printer. 1) it has a back feed, not a tray feed, AND to print double sided you have to re-insert printed pages. I did not realize that they still made this type of printer. 2) The control panel display is very small and hard to read. The above two items were design choices. I have had major problems keeping the printer working. I have downloaded their software and runs me around in circles and then it tells me there is nothing wrong. I have spent hours on the phone tech support, and they told me it was the documents and sites I was trying to print. I left messages to call me back on their review forms but have not been contacted. I have printed out more test pages than I have pages I wanted to print.

For the price of this printer it's ok. I sometimes struggle with getting it to turn off so I have to unplug the cord and plug it in again. Also, the ink for this doesn't last long. But it does its job in printing good papers.

Nice printer. The set up was difficult due to issues with the app. When setting up the printer shouldn’t be connected to your WiFi because it has it’s own WiFi. If you have issues connecting there are YouTube videos to assist.

This is a great printer! I needed something small for my office since I have limited space and this is the perfect size. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because it is a bit loud but not a deal breaker.

I didn't feel the printer worked as well as it could have. Since there isn't an interface for the different tasks, it was difficult to get anything done. At one point I could not print anything from my computer while connected through Bluetooth, but I was able to a few days prior. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because maybe it is user error, but as someone who is typically proficient with technology and read the directions, I think it is just a poorly constructed printer.

It was fairly easy to set up. However, it would be nice to have a manual showing all the steps instead of a sheet that is very vague in directions. The print serves my needs which at this time are very limited.

This is a nice quality printer, my only complaint is that I have to drop my internet connection to connect to the printer to print. It may be a technical issue on my end, but I'm relatively tech savvy. I really like the size.

The product seemed to be well-built for its price range, but I didn't like having to download an app for my mother-in-law to use it. I returned it for another product.
