    Purchased this printer and had delivered to my brother to help with documents for my Mother's funeral. Printer cannot be setup. Help is all online no person to walk you through anything. All suggestions tried. Will not see the laptop, smart setup nonsense is not working. Why is there no direct tech support phone number? What a joke

    For the price of this printer it's ok. I sometimes struggle with getting it to turn off so I have to unplug the cord and plug it in again. Also, the ink for this doesn't last long. But it does its job in printing good papers.

    If you’re desperate, this will work. It will print but it’s slow, clunky and below average print quality. In addition, the cartridges are crazy expensive if purchased in store and an irritating $5 per month if you use the HP insta-ink plan. If you only need to print occasionally, this print is suitable.

    Nice printer. The set up was difficult due to issues with the app. When setting up the printer shouldn’t be connected to your WiFi because it has it’s own WiFi. If you have issues connecting there are YouTube videos to assist.

    This is a great printer! I needed something small for my office since I have limited space and this is the perfect size. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because it is a bit loud but not a deal breaker.

    It was fairly easy to set up. However, it would be nice to have a manual showing all the steps instead of a sheet that is very vague in directions. The print serves my needs which at this time are very limited.

    Has been working fine so far, but I would definitely invest in a faster one if you will be using the scanner, this one takes its time to scan. Set up was fairly easy.

    This is a nice quality printer, my only complaint is that I have to drop my internet connection to connect to the printer to print. It may be a technical issue on my end, but I'm relatively tech savvy. I really like the size.
