Setup is a joke. There are basically no instructions. I've been chatting with support for more than 2 hours and it's still not completed!!

The printer is compact and blends in with my surroundings. The functions is all I need. Pages printed are clean in both black and white and colors are excellent.

I ended up returning the printer. I could not make it work with my Chromebook. I did not do enough research before I ordered. The paper is loaded on top and takes only 10 sheets.

Easy setup, light and fast. Especially love the wi-fi connectiveness and ability to send documents from Dropbox and Drive from the app. Good quality printing too.

Set up is tedious. Wireless does not work well for me. Tells me "Ready" but will not print on command, then 20 minutes later I get a printout. I finally just used a printer cable for direct wiring and that works OK. The scan function is awkward to use, not at all like my previous HP All In One Printer which was great. The top feed of paper works well.

The printer is doing a great job and so far works as well as any more expensive printer. The only drawback is that it only has the capacity to hold about 35-40 sheets of paper in the feeder trays.

Very easy to set up. Great print quality and has all the features I need. Best Buy pickup was well planned and were at my car in a couple of minutes.

This perfect for me. I don't print a lot. I mostly scan. The ink is cheap. For the install you do need to download the smart app. For the price, this printer works very well and meets my needs.

I am happy with this printer. It does as expected, the only downside for it is to do double sided printing you have to reinsert the paper

Hard to print on envelopes, poor instruction booklet. Should have bought a better one.

The printer is excellent, very good quality. I bought it in white. It prints all quality and the best ink I can find anywhere.

It’s a printer and it is okay. It prints and scans. I recommend reading directions and finishing setup. If you don’t scanner makes a terrible noise every 30 seconds

This printer is a hole lot of problem it’s self. Sitting it up was a problem and till now if I want to print I can add more than a piece of paper, because it will get stocked. Smh

works well off line with cord connected to the computer. paper access is easy however make sure not to load to much paper in order to prevent paper jams.

This was an emergency buy because my last printer quit on me. Happy with my purchase. Wish I could have gotten it in black.

Easy plug and play set up but the quality and the outer housing is not great. At the price it is a sold little printer but don't expect too much. Cartridges are easy to find but they are also fast to empty. Though wireless it is hard to establish a connection and had to hard wire it to my PC. Invest in a Laser Jet Printer if you have a few dollars more to spend.
