Didn’t work properly. It broke within 2 months after the purchase

The printer is doing a great job and so far works as well as any more expensive printer. The only drawback is that it only has the capacity to hold about 35-40 sheets of paper in the feeder trays.

This printer is a hole lot of problem it’s self. Sitting it up was a problem and till now if I want to print I can add more than a piece of paper, because it will get stocked. Smh

It’s a printer and it is okay. It prints and scans. I recommend reading directions and finishing setup. If you don’t scanner makes a terrible noise every 30 seconds

It is functional, but slow. It doesn’t hold many pages at one time. No directions on how to use the functions.

now that everyone is working from home, this is a perfect printer for the new home office. prints in colour and black/white, scans and not at all loud.

Great low budget printer for home office. This works great for quick printing at my home office. It's fairly quiet and quick and was very easy to set up.

Prints great when it prints. If left on for lets say 4 hours and you go back to print again, it won't. I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to print each time. Most likely taking it back due to the power button not working. Not sure if I'll get this sane one. But it's a problem when your printer won't turn off. I love HP and never had problems with this brand before. Easy to set up on both my hp computer and my Samsung galaxy 10 phone.

This was an emergency buy because my last printer quit on me. Happy with my purchase. Wish I could have gotten it in black.

Very easy to set up and use. Ink consumption so far seems lower than other similar printers. Excellent printer, especially for the reasonable price.

Replaced a 7 year old HP Printer. This was easy to set up and connect to wifi. Good quality printing

Working from Home like most folks. I called my IT folks to remote in and the app did not work. So he said let us the USB cord....which was NOT included. How dumb is that. So now if I cannot get this setup today by 5pm. I will return this to Best Buy.....should have listened to the reviews. This printer needs better setup options! What a waste of my time. \

Easy plug and play set up but the quality and the outer housing is not great. At the price it is a sold little printer but don't expect too much. Cartridges are easy to find but they are also fast to empty. Though wireless it is hard to establish a connection and had to hard wire it to my PC. Invest in a Laser Jet Printer if you have a few dollars more to spend.

This is a great printer. 8t has alot of good features that any small office would used

printer works well a liitle complicated to set up but once up and running , works as expected. delivery was as stated at the time of sale. excellant

This printer replaced an aging printer that no longer served the needs of our family. Instant Ink feature was a selling point in our selection of this item. Working well an we are pleased with it so far. Set up was easy.

Absolutely love it Made a mistake and printed a picture on regular paper and the color resolution was amazing!
