Love this printer. It does exactly what I need. I have always used HP Products. Have done business with Best Buy for over 40 years.

now that everyone is working from home, this is a perfect printer for the new home office. prints in colour and black/white, scans and not at all loud.

Prints great when it prints. If left on for lets say 4 hours and you go back to print again, it won't. I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to print each time. Most likely taking it back due to the power button not working. Not sure if I'll get this sane one. But it's a problem when your printer won't turn off. I love HP and never had problems with this brand before. Easy to set up on both my hp computer and my Samsung galaxy 10 phone.

Great low budget printer for home office. This works great for quick printing at my home office. It's fairly quiet and quick and was very easy to set up.

Very easy to set up and use. Ink consumption so far seems lower than other similar printers. Excellent printer, especially for the reasonable price.

This printer replaced an aging printer that no longer served the needs of our family. Instant Ink feature was a selling point in our selection of this item. Working well an we are pleased with it so far. Set up was easy.

Working from Home like most folks. I called my IT folks to remote in and the app did not work. So he said let us the USB cord....which was NOT included. How dumb is that. So now if I cannot get this setup today by 5pm. I will return this to Best Buy.....should have listened to the reviews. This printer needs better setup options! What a waste of my time. \

If you’re desperate, this will work. It will print but it’s slow, clunky and below average print quality. In addition, the cartridges are crazy expensive if purchased in store and an irritating $5 per month if you use the HP insta-ink plan. If you only need to print occasionally, this print is suitable.

printer works well a liitle complicated to set up but once up and running , works as expected. delivery was as stated at the time of sale. excellant

I purchased this printer when my company sent us to work from home during the pandemic and it has been a great tool. Works perfectly for my home office.

I brought this for my granddaughter’s so for it works ok . It scan good and print good only problem where hold papers it’s small and it jam couldn’t get print untilI I unplugged it started printing

I've bought this printer to replace an old printer that doesn't have much capabilities. At first, I was having a hard time setting this printer up. It took me at least 2 hours to set it up wirelessly, and a few weeks to continue the set up that failed the first time. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I've figured out how to not have to set it up again after a few weeks and I like the features (being able to print wirelessly, scan, and make copies). My only thing would've been to have a paper manual for those who are not going to look for it online.

It's a little hard to get it setup with the directions in the box. A good printer, quiet, good print quality

the scanning, printing and faxing is excellent but it is very frustrated that everytime I have to print I have to trouble shoot the printer so it can start again or disconnect the cord and wait for 10 seconds to start again. if I leave it on and print today, tomorrow is giving me issue to print again. I want to return it and I had it for only about two weeks

So far good. My wifi disconnects often but that is area issue not printer issue. Just dont put too much paper in feed.

This is a basic all-in-one printer. I use it occasionally, it serves my purpose well. I had a few hiccups during set up, the HP customer service rep was efficient in helping me get it done.

The printing image size adjusts to a smaller size automatically when the actual image is bigger. It shouldn’t do that even though the paper tray has a larger size. There’s no way to fix this than to restart the printer. It becomes really frustrating. Other than that, its a great printer at a great price and love the hassle free instant ink options.

When it works it’s okay. But there’s a big problem. First, the on/off button doesn’t work most of the time. Secondly, It keeps going offline. I have to crawl under my table and unplug it and replug it. Sometimes that works. Sometimes I have to reboot my modem in the other room. I did a chat with the virtual agent. I was told they are aware of this and are looking into it. It’s a major hassle.
