Great little printer! Comes with the ability to use an app that can scan paper to be printed. Doesn’t do double sided printing easily

This printer is a hole lot of problem it’s self. Sitting it up was a problem and till now if I want to print I can add more than a piece of paper, because it will get stocked. Smh

The person that helped me, got my printer set up in the store so I could come home, plug it in and use it. I am very satisfied with my printer and the gentleman that helped me. Thank you Geek Squad!

Took a little tinkering with HP tech support, but we finally got it working and it has been working great since.

Not happy with the quality. HP used to make a much better quality. Hardly a year with minimum uses, it already causing printing errors or poor prints.

Not happy with this printer or HP service. Received promo ink and installed about 2 weeks before the ink promo ended. HP did not allow me to print with that cartridge because it was only to be used with promo or bully me to accept Instant ink. I will not put my CC info on these sites anymore due to their inability to protect my info. Mid print they remotely turned off using the ink cartridge and had to go get new ink and toss two full cartridges away! From the start I did not like this printer since it's not easy to use unless you built it and know what the function icons do and which to press for what. Window is so small and you can't really see what it's saying. HP wanna be customer service is foreign and they read off script. No resolution with them. Never sgain. This company has changed since my last printer they made and have poor service.

it is working but a pain to set up and compatable with our computer. Had to PAY for tech service from HP. A downer

This printer replaced an aging printer that no longer served the needs of our family. Instant Ink feature was a selling point in our selection of this item. Working well an we are pleased with it so far. Set up was easy.

Very easy to set up and use. Ink consumption so far seems lower than other similar printers. Excellent printer, especially for the reasonable price.

now that everyone is working from home, this is a perfect printer for the new home office. prints in colour and black/white, scans and not at all loud.

Not the quality anticipated. Doesn’t print when sending items from phone to print. Have to use an app to print, and even that takes up to 3-4 times to get it to work. Also takes a good 5 minutes to que up the print job. Would not recommend this printer.

Prints great when it prints. If left on for lets say 4 hours and you go back to print again, it won't. I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to print each time. Most likely taking it back due to the power button not working. Not sure if I'll get this sane one. But it's a problem when your printer won't turn off. I love HP and never had problems with this brand before. Easy to set up on both my hp computer and my Samsung galaxy 10 phone.

Sleak look for a printer but pricey in comparison to the competition since this printer does not print double sheet

Great low budget printer for home office. This works great for quick printing at my home office. It's fairly quiet and quick and was very easy to set up.

printer works well a liitle complicated to set up but once up and running , works as expected. delivery was as stated at the time of sale. excellant

Working from Home like most folks. I called my IT folks to remote in and the app did not work. So he said let us the USB cord....which was NOT included. How dumb is that. So now if I cannot get this setup today by 5pm. I will return this to Best Buy.....should have listened to the reviews. This printer needs better setup options! What a waste of my time. \

This unit is not easy to use. I activated it on line and things were going well. I fell for HP's replacement ink program. They were charging my credit card but I wasn't getting ink. The ink supplied also gave HP the ability to shut down my printer. Now it's leaking ink. As compared to my Canon or Espson printers this gets a generous 2.

I needed a simple printer; nothing fancy and not too big. This was perfect. It is light enough to move from different locations. I'm highly pleased with my purchase, and it was reasonably priced.

When it works it’s okay. But there’s a big problem. First, the on/off button doesn’t work most of the time. Secondly, It keeps going offline. I have to crawl under my table and unplug it and replug it. Sometimes that works. Sometimes I have to reboot my modem in the other room. I did a chat with the virtual agent. I was told they are aware of this and are looking into it. It’s a major hassle.
