Printer operation is quiet and rapid. Unfortunately, the machine has 2 features that I wish I'd paid attention to when I purchased it. The Display window is on top of the printer, so if I want to confirm # of copies or consult its multiple features, I have to stand up to see it. I did not find out until after installation that this "All-in-One" isn't really "all." It does not automatically make two-sided copies. I can get a 2-sided, but I have to do it manually.

It took the HP help desk 1.5 hours to get this printer set up for me. This was after I had worked on it for a very long time. Very frustrating! It shouldn’t be this complicated & time consuming. There should be directions in the shipping box. I had to google how to use the scanner. Not nice. My last HP printer came setup instructions and USE Instructions. How expensive could a manual be??? It seems to print ok.

I had a bumpy start with my new printer, but am now totally in love with it. It is fast and accurate. Can't ask for better!

A little difficult to operate at first. Paper feed is not great. WOULD HAVE LIKED A PAPER BOOKLET OF HOW TO OPERATE.

Goid solid printer. Does what it should. Setting up the wifi was annoying as the instructions were not helpful in the least. Other than that, printer works well.

Works as advertised. Only downfall is I have to replace the ink… a lot

The printer has work well after it got connected to my computer. Did have some problems getting it connected, but HP help was able to get it working fine.

Can't beat it for the price, I got in on sale for $66. Need a second printer for a home office and it does everything I need.

My new printer would not connect with my current computer. Therefore, I purchased a new computer. Kevin came out and connected them for me. I am very pleased now.

It was cool at first, but bow it acts funny and don't want to connect to my wifi for usage. I keep trying to get it back on, but it's not working.

The printer was a little difficult to set up, but that was because I was having problems getting to connect to our WiFi. Once I started using the usb cable it was easy to use.

Love this new printer which was easily installed and has performed well.

Awesome home printer and scanner that helps me throughout the day with sales orders and purchasing on my job. It also handle clear color scan and prints which are extremely helpful

Works good but very different than old printer. Took a while to figure it out.

Do not waste your money on this go and buy something more expensive that can actually do a better job that actually has a cord that hooks to your computer that will actually print because I wasted $59.99 on mine still a long print

I got a printer so I can have to print out what I need instead of going to the library and I am enjoying my printer.

I was using another all-in-one printer from HP for the last 5 years, and it was time to replace. The printer was super easy to set up, and I really like the HP smart phone app, which is a big improvement from my previous model. In addition, the printer is much smaller and fits better in my current space. There is a "Quiet Mode" which is great while I am on the phone, since the old printer was very loud and people could hear it. The only thing I don't like is the paper loading in the back. I am used to having a tray, and it took me a while to get used to it. If not for the paper tray, I would give it a solid 5.

Not too shabby! We wanted a printer that could be used from our iPhones without breaking the budget. This HP connects rather easy but it took a while. So far so good!
