Very please with this product, just what I was looking for , ink isn’t expensive, size is perfect not to wide or large

It works reasonably well as a printer only. If you want to scan documents DO NOT BUY THIS! Even though it's sold as a scanner, there is no way to scan documents from the item. Instead, you'll have to download the HP app, login in with your password, and then try to operate the scanning feature from the app on your phone. If you live alone, this might work for you. If you have other members of your family that want to scan, they will not be able to do it unless you give them your phone and let them navigate through the frustrating app in an attempt to figure out how to scan. This all could have been solved with a "scan" button on the actual unit, but apparently this was too costly for HP. Look elsewhere if you want a printer/scanner. This one is frustratingly complicated. I've had it too long to return, so it's going into my trash can tonight.

Purchase was exactly what I needed. In the past when items or product was purchased that needed to be returned, Best Buys return policy was effortless, warm and friendly.

I really love how good my Printer works. And I love how much ink it can hold it's way better than my old Printer than the Canon one I had. I would Recommend this Printer for my family and Friends.

Had trouble setting it up, but geek squad helped, got it started. It is easy to use, prints well. Glad ink is not too expensive.

Printer is functional. Scanty documentation made paper placement a challenge.

The quality of the printing is good. It is a compact printer does not take up that much space. I would recommend to buy.

I bought this to replace an HP3630 Deskjet which had several years of hard use and because it has some neat additional features which I could use and because it comes with a couple of ink cartridges and on sale, it's about the same as just the ink cartridges, especially considering HP's free replacement cartridge program. And generally I've been quite happy with it over the past month or so that I've had it. HOWEVER, the installation/set-up instructions are realistically non-existent. Fortunately, having had HP printers in the same family, which actually have accessible instructions, I was able to get it set up -- including getting it to print via WiFi -- without humungous difficulty. Otherwise, if you don't already know how to connect an HP printer, or know someone who does, be prepared to spend an absurd amount of time in guessing and hoping. There IS a useful app to help, if you can find it. It's called HP Smart, which clearly identifies it as a printer set-up app. (/s) I have no idea whether it works if you do not have an HP computer. It will work off a cellphone. That said, once set up the printer does what it is supposed to do, and the plan whereby HP automatically sends you replacement cartridges is nice. Incidentally, HP has a useful community-oriented user support set up which does work when your HP laptop or printer breaks down.

It's a nice little home office printer for small job printing. Copies are clean and clear. Larger jobs call for a trip to a copy/print shop.

I have not connected my printer yet. I bought a new HP computer recently and the Geek Squad will be coming Nov. 19th to set them both up for me ! I am so looking foreward to this!

It is extremely fast and easy to use. the fax take a little getting use to but it is great. I would recommend it to anyone!

It does everything we need to do very well. The cartridges of ink that came with the printer were defective but HP sent us replacements and all's just fine!

The size Foot Print works where its on the counter in our kitchen. Response on wifi is quick and print quality that consistently works. Yesyesyesyes

I needed a printer for my business and this was perfect to fit in my small office. It was a little difficult setting up but once I did it has been working like a dream.

This printer was a pain in the butt when I used it for the 1st & 2nd time. Not sure what changed but it all of the sudden started working. Now works great.

This printer produced a great color print right after set up. Set up was incredibly easy. I've tried to print multiple times since set up with no luck. The printer is never found on the network.

Need to turn off and back on each time you want to use. Makes wireless from anywhere printing a moot option. Would not recommend. Would return if I could. Waste of money.

The best for student who in high school and college. I used it everyday.
