Easy start up. Works great. HP is my go to printer. This was a gift as my HP is still going strong after 5+ years!

Old HP printer died but this ended up an even better purchase. Had it for a year so I can better judge its performance. Fairly easy to set up and install with my desktop. I don't print very often but I like the ease of use and even better is the fact the it doesn't eat up ink like my old HP. Ink cartridges' are expensive but this printer doesn't use the same volume of ink and saves me money. I'm happy and satisfied.

It does everything we need to do very well. The cartridges of ink that came with the printer were defective but HP sent us replacements and all's just fine!

Printer is perfect for home and office. Color is brilliant and sharp. Easy to set up and get printing right away.

Took forever to set up and for some reason it keeps going offline so when I want to print I have to set it up all over again but other than that it works fine

It is a device that allows me to print from my cell or from my lap top without cable, directly over the internet. Also there is a plan that I receive the ink through the mail every month.

The printer installed in minutes. Only problem I have is the scanner makes initializing noise constantly. Plus I wish the printer had an ethernet port

This is my 3rd HP all-in-one DeskJet, and I like it the least. My old DeskJet died, and due to COVID, this was the only printer I could get to replace it. Things I dislike about this one: 1) The paper feeder. Bring back the tray please! I'm not a fan of these feeders where the paper sticks up out of the back of the printer. 2) Auto turn-off that can't be adjusted. This thing turns off every 2 hours, and in order to print anything, you have to go to the printer and turn it back on first. 3) The app. You have to download the app on all of your devices to print/scan. Why add the extra step? 4) The tiny screen. 5) No manual. If you're going to have a tiny screen with symbols to indicate what's going on, there should be a manual to decipher. The printer and scanner themselves seem to work fine, but I don't know why HP had to mess with a good thing.

After spending several hours trying to get this to work, I was finally able to string together a multi step process that works most of the time. First, cycle the printer's power. Next, send to the printer what you want to print (it will not prinr). Next, run a downloadable HP troubleshooting app. It will say that it can't communicate to tje printer. Next, cycle the power on the printer again. Next, run the troubleshooting app again. Most of the time, the pages will then print. Needless to say, I will be returning the printer.

The size Foot Print works where its on the counter in our kitchen. Response on wifi is quick and print quality that consistently works. Yesyesyesyes

Great printer for the price. Does the basics that I need for school and work. Good quality of printing too.

Not happy with the quality. HP used to make a much better quality. Hardly a year with minimum uses, it already causing printing errors or poor prints.

Needed a printer to ship to a relative in need and couldn't bet the price or the ease to get needed documents send out.

It works fine, but I don't like the way paper is fed. However, I rarely make copies so it is fine for what I do.

They work great! I keep the phone and my printers on the same wifi network (necessary!) and it makes printing easy.

It was the right printer for me and what I needed associates were very helpful.
