I needed a good printer that I could use for work, school, and personal use.

They work great! I keep the phone and my printers on the same wifi network (necessary!) and it makes printing easy.

It works reasonably well as a printer only. If you want to scan documents DO NOT BUY THIS! Even though it's sold as a scanner, there is no way to scan documents from the item. Instead, you'll have to download the HP app, login in with your password, and then try to operate the scanning feature from the app on your phone. If you live alone, this might work for you. If you have other members of your family that want to scan, they will not be able to do it unless you give them your phone and let them navigate through the frustrating app in an attempt to figure out how to scan. This all could have been solved with a "scan" button on the actual unit, but apparently this was too costly for HP. Look elsewhere if you want a printer/scanner. This one is frustratingly complicated. I've had it too long to return, so it's going into my trash can tonight.

It is a good printer--better than our last one but still not up to the usability of older printers.

Initially super difficult to connect and use. After speaking with help support, I was able to get everything going. I’m super technology savvy. I was close to returning it.

So far a good little printer, only down is it goes through ink really fast.

Bought this printer and didn't realize it didn't automatically reverse pages to double side print. Otherwise like the printer.

I really love this all in one printer, it gets alot done in one device. I literally like how it came with instant ink, I automatically get sent free ink cartridges when I run low.

Not easy to use and manual has very little information in it. Manual do not show you how to use all 3 functions.

The printer deskjet 4155e is good for the price. I was a little confused about why it was difficult to get hooked up. The tech support got it up an running.

I needed a printer to help with work related obligations. This printer was a easy to use easy to install printer for my current work needs.

ALL THE FEATURES i WAS LOOKING FOR IN AN ALL IN ONE PRINTER

After spending several hours trying to get this to work, I was finally able to string together a multi step process that works most of the time. First, cycle the printer's power. Next, send to the printer what you want to print (it will not prinr). Next, run a downloadable HP troubleshooting app. It will say that it can't communicate to tje printer. Next, cycle the power on the printer again. Next, run the troubleshooting app again. Most of the time, the pages will then print. Needless to say, I will be returning the printer.

I needed simple to use i really like this product . Thanks to the gentleman who helped me i told him what i needed and this was it I'm very thankful for his help.

Been using the printer every day for a month and it is a work horse. PS The ink cartridges are a little less expensive.

I love this HP printer. I Bought one for my mom. It is annoying to set up because you need the app but afterwards you can print from your phone, laptop, tablet and desk computer.
