It often disconnects and will say it is busy. Sometimes if I plug and unplug it'll catch up, other times it won't. So then I have to redo and print documents. It's kinda inconvenient. My cheaper printer worked better

I have yet to get it to communicate with my laptop. You Tube was not very helpful. I can not afford to pay extra for Geek squad to come to my home.
