Very helpful but it was to lower for run . I’m sorry about that.

Bought this in February 2023. It worked a few times for copies but never seemed to work from computer despite being attached. Today I tried again to print a download. Push the printer icon and print comes up but only lets me save (already saved) and despite multiple tries, never actually prints. Had an old HP for years that did everything, even real photos. Nothing electronic is close to earlier standards.

I purchased this printer as a gift to my sister. So far, she’s liked it very much and has enjoyed printing forms out. I am now considering re-ordering one for myself.

Instructions for initial setup of the printer were not clear. Two trips back to Best Buy were of minimum help and I had to call Geek Squad twice to get it sorted out. The second technician I contacted took control and walked me through the process step-by-step and we got it going. Now, I am very pleased with the performance of the printer.

I purchased this primarily for the table-style scanning ability. It is not a good quality scanner unfortunately. If scanning is not important to you, this may be a good selection but as a scanner of photos, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Works great. Easy setup and no problems . I scaned and printed aftervi set up the wireless system. Printed from my cell phone.

I needed a new all in one printer. At first, I was a little weary, but I love this printer it works perfectly.

For me this printer is working properly and fantastic. With my computer, my phone and the App as well.

The scanning feature for PDFs is nice and so is the copier. However, the printer is very, very slow the it literally take 4mins per page to print from your pc wirelessly. Not a joke, it did not come with a wire to attach directly so I don’t know if the speed would increase. It gets the job done but keep the slow printing in mind.

It everything I wanted in a printer. I like the fact that I can copy several sheets at one time instead only one at a time.

Great printer for my work shed. Does all that is required to do. Easy setup, and 6 months of instant ink was a bonus.

Had a few minor snag during set up. My fault and a dropped wifi I didn't catch initially. But am satisfied overall.The I.T. support is great
