    I am very disappointed in this HP product. I am returning this piece of crap it does not work. I have been unable to get this wireless printer to sync to my computer to make print or scan. It won't even work with a cord plugged directly into my computer which it did not come with.

    I think the product is great. I use it a lot to print tax forms. The only complain is the lack of a manual (or even a pamphlet). Perhaps that is the way most companies do business today - everything is on-line. One has to know his way around to get help (no help line phone number at all).

    Beautiful print quality...for what I need, but wow...what a PITA to install! My other printer, an HP6830 was and easy install with HP Smart. I finally relented, installed the 4155 with a direct connection. It works fine from our tablet, and garage computer...hit and miss with our Motorola cell phones.

    I've always loved HP Products, I do have to say that am not to satisfied with how this one prints. I hope is just my settings or something that am doing wrong, but when I print something out it looks blurry and not very clear.
