    We had a lot of trouble trying to set up the printer. /we were subjected to long waits for assistance and when we did get assistance it was not effective. We eventually returned the printer. Our computers could not recognize it. It did not work wirelessly.

    Hard to set up, once it was set up( by Geek Squad online) it failed again. Geek squad told me that it would probably happen again. Returned product and 4 other customers were returning their printers for the same problem. Bought a Brother printer and have no problems.

    Great printer. Just is not able to do 2-sided unless sitting near by to flip page over. Otherwise, great product.

    Like the printer, it is easy to set up and work via Bluetooth. Works great for small jobs not recommended if you print a lot.

    Worse printer I ever owned. Not only does it not stay connected to your wireless it is almost nearly impossible to connect it to wireless. I used it twice and now it will no longer connect again.
