    I am a very tech savvy person but I couldn't get the firmware setup for this printer to work with my 2018 macbook pro. The setup window got stuck on "Thank you for your patience" for +/- 25 minutes. I tried to complete the process 3 times. I was able to print and copy but not scan. Printing 14 pages took 17 minutes. The quality of grayscale printing was acceptable but not excellent, which was in line with my needs and expectations for the price. After years of not having printer I will be returning this one after one night. Do better HP. If you can't come through on an all-in-one machine for just over a hundred bucks, that's okay. Do us all a favor and just skip making it. My time has been wasted.

    Terribly difficult to set up and customer support was of little help. Talked to someone for 3 minutes then was transferred despite my protest and waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes before hanging up and returning the printer to the store.
