I purchased this printer/scanner for my home office. It was a great buy! Exactly what I needed.

Nice to have a printer that I can print to from multiple sources. And the fact that its wireless is just a huge plus.

Doesn’t want to print consistently. May be a problem on my end, but I’ve used other printers that are much easier to use than this. Print quality is great and in terms of performance, is what I expected from a cheaper printer

The print quality was fine, as I would expect from HP. However, it does this annoying "deep sleep" phase where it doesn't do anything until I randomly unplug it and it MAY choose to start.

Paper gets stuck when you print more than one page. Even using HP paper

Had a problem with installation, had to have tech do it. Was here for hour. Satisfied with Printer. About the delivery: whoever delivered it placed it on the steps where it could of been stolen. It was on a Saturday and just luckily I had to go out and saw it. I have a large porch, the door being out of sight of the street where most delivery people place things. What you need when your old printer dies when prepping tax paperwork!!! Nice printer, and other than issues on my end with Wifi setup, works well. Had to contact support multiple times to try and fix the wifi issue. Tech support people were great. Only downside seem to be the paper feeder. Always looks like paper is going in skewed and will jam.

Can’t get information light to go off. Can’t get firmware updated.

very hard to set up without program disk paper feeder didnt work on first couple of times but prints good

Just got this HP printer. An upgrade to my other HP printer Can’t set up on my own and will call HP tomorrow for help

For starters you need to download an app to use this printer. If you don’t have the paper alignment correct from the back of the printer, you paper won’t print. So make sure the tab that sizes the paper is snug and close the your paper. Other then that, printing is a breeze. Paper goes in the back comes out in the front so it hasn’t gotten jammed on me once. I love the document feeder for scanning. Overall this printer is better then my last one so I’m happy !!

I like HP and was replacing mine that the bands gave out. Color nice, print nice and that's it. Bluetooth really isn't for this printer. Go without printing and you have to reset the power to wake up, you have to be wired up. Ink cartridges are small so printing is limited before refilling or buying new ones. Would love to have my officejet 4560 back.

Prints well, easy set up, works well. Fast delivery and is as advertised.
