Wasted a lot of time installing

The box it ships in calls it a 4155, the printout calls it a 4100, and if you install it as a windows printer, it cannot be shared by other computers. After 20 pages of black & white and a little color, the cartridges were almost empty. No scanning software is installed as part of the process and the two sided scanning I had with an earlier model is not equipped. On the older model you'd put it thru twice, second time upside down, but HP no longer offers that. Chatting with HP is a complete waste of time and the wait time is extraordinary. By 4:30am we finally figured it out and it works. Next time, I will buy a Canon.

Connecting to it via wirelessly was the easiest process ever!! All you do is download the HP smart app and boom it walks you through it.. Took like 5 mins tops to set the entire printer up and can now print from iPad, 3 phones, and computer.
