HP DeskJet Plus 4155

Very few in stock of any printers at the store. Asked salesman about printing double sided and he said yes. Well, it does if you flip the paper over each time--not like the one I had before that automatically fed it back in. Print quality is good. Already had one paper jam from flipping the paper, so not looking forward to years of this--will probably end up printing on one side and wasting more paper, unfortunately. When it's printing side one, the pop up you have to click after you flip the papers keeps you from doing anything else while you wait on that.

No "print on both sides" and not a easy photo printer.... Should exchange, but all hooked up, etc.....but still thinking about it.....

I’m sorry to learn that you’re not satisfied with your printer purchase. It’s easy to understand why you’d feel put off, considering you’ve been unable to use the duplex feature and have encountered difficulty printing photos. I want to help you remedy these issues, so I’ll provide some resources I hope will accomplish that goal.
First, I just consulted the user manual for this model, and the device does contain a manual two-sided-printing feature. To learn how to use that, I recommend you consult the main user manual in the below. In the table of contents, click on “Print Using a Computer” to reach the respective section, then look for “Print on Both Sides of the Page.” Find that manual here:

I can’t tell from your review what problems you’ve encountered printing photos, but you might gain useful information from a document on our support site on improving print quality, including faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text. It won’t last no more than 5mins before all the lights come on. It’s a great size. Just to soon to be having errors.

I ordered this printer because, I get tired of paying fees for scanning, printing ect. I didn't know if this printer could do. Everything I wanted in a printer. Yes, I'm satisfied. Good choice. Was a waste of my time making the purchase.HP would NOT help at all. I told them that the printer would not work and asked for their assistance. They ignored me. I returned the printer and am about to return the ink. PLEASE NOTE: Best Buy was NOT the problem here. They did everything they should have done. HP was the problem.

Also, be aware that the paper feeds from the back. So, check your area where the printer will be, to see if there is enough room for you to use it.
