Took some time to figure out how to load the paper correctly. Very little information comes with it. Ink cartridges load easier than the old one. The old printer kept going offline and this was has once. Did a driver update the other day and I hope that takes care of that issue. Just a basic printer that does it's job well.

It is the poorest quality printer I have even owned, and that includes my first one in 1974, a dot-matrix one. The first time I used it, it jammed and produced streaks and skips.

It only holds 25 sheets of paper. Only bougt because my old hp quit and i needed something for work and all other reasonably priced printers were sold out.

I didn’t want to spend a lot because I only need it for a short time. It is good enough for that; minimal jobs. I would not recommend it for long term use.

Was a waste of my time making the purchase.HP would NOT help at all. I told them that the printer would not work and asked for their assistance. They ignored me. I returned the printer and am about to return the ink. PLEASE NOTE: Best Buy was NOT the problem here. They did everything they should have done. HP was the problem.
