First after being connected to the computer by USB cable, it wasn't recognized as being connected. It wouldn't print or scan though conencted to the printer. Instuctions were very vague a littel cards, no instruction booklet, which can be downloaded from the web. No CD for installing the software neede to operate this printer. It has an App which has to be used (activated ) when uisng the printer or scanner. Since having the problems corrected it works okay. I had a HP 3510 which was very good, the scanning function on it quit. the 4155 is okay and consisdreing COVID has impacted everything printers are far and few between, Just be care of problem with this printer.

It needs a new starter cartridge. I have tried to make an appointment to come in and get either another printer or starter cartridge, but can't get a response. Very, very dissatisfied
