    An absolute piece of crap. Had to fight with it every day just to "see" it from my computer. Paper always difficult to load. And their ink plan charges by the page, regardless of how much ink was used. I do not like that they see everything I do, either, as this is wifi only. After a few months, and the overall decline of HP, I just bought an Epson.

    The most horrible HP printer I've ever owned, which is my third. I have nothing but good to say about my last two HP printers. They were wonderful, never had one issue. This printer has not worked properly since purchasing. After several hours with HP support, I was told it is an issue with my ink. My ink, that they sent, was incompatible. Mind you, I had already used ink that came with it plus the extra they sent when I bought it. Finally, I receive the new ink support sent out, nope, still not working! Now it's too late to return to bestbuy. Off to spend hours with support again I guess.

    Coming off another printer brand I thought "At last one that will work". And initially it did. But now it doesn't print and then it prints 3 copies of the same document. It used to print envelopes several at a time - now I have to do it one at a time. The worst things is I have to pay for copies!! I can't just buy ink when I run out I have to subscribe to a service. I don't like that AT ALL. When it prints, it prints OK - but nothing special. I think if the envelopes got caught in the rain, the address would wash away.
