And initially it did. But now it doesn't print and then it prints 3 copies of the same document. It used to print envelopes several at a time - now I have to do it one at a time. The worst things is I have to pay for copies!! I can't just buy ink when I run out I have to subscribe to a service. I don't like that AT ALL. When it prints, it prints OK - but nothing special. I think if the envelopes got caught in the rain, the address would wash away.

I have nothing but good to say about my last two HP printers. They were wonderful, never had one issue. This printer has not worked properly since purchasing. After several hours with HP support, I was told it is an issue with my ink. My ink, that they sent, was incompatible. Mind you, I had already used ink that came with it plus the extra they sent when I bought it. Finally, I receive the new ink support sent out, nope, still not working! Now it's too late to return to bestbuy. Off to spend hours with support again I guess.

Difficult to Set Up

I do not like to be required to do things in order to use a purchase. However, I did it and I could only make it print once. Since then, I cannot make it print. I will probably have to waste time talking to customer service and will eventually get it to work but I like printers that you turn them on, punch in your wifi passcode, and it works. This is not one of those.

- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
