    It is an okay printer for someone who is needing to print for college. It does take some time to print from computer or phone. The only downside is that I can't print 2-sided documents. I really enjoy the instant ink-ready printing. It is convenient to have printer cartridges sent and you not have to go to the store.

    I purchased this on line and returned it within a few days. Set up was complicated, no instructions, just a pamphlet that gave a website. I found the printer slow and it would not maintain a connection with my computer. I've owned other wireless home printers and this was by far the most complicated and least effective for home printing needs. Best Buy took it back with no questions and I spent an extra $50 on a much better printer.

    This has no instructions. You have to download HP Smart to your phone. I got the app but it didn't work. It would not show my printer; only a different printer in another room. Spent 3 hours with HP support. I should have just returned the printer. After going through 3 reps who were clueless, got one who connected the printer. I was stubborn but probably stupid to put up with this. After getting printer connected to wireless, I let the rep go. Mistake. Took long time for laptop to add the printer. My desktop printer still won't add it. It requires a WPS PIN which can't be found. Five videos on the subject don't work.

    I’m assuming this printer will live up to my expectations. For the past 25 years of working at home, I have been a HP fan for quite some time now. It has the best performance, the longest lifetime and price point for your money! No other brand compares!

    I have had Geek Squad out twice to connect a simple printer and he told me it does not recognize the black ink cartridge. It needs a new starter cartridge. I have tried to make an appointment to come in and get either another printer or starter cartridge, but can't get a response. Very, very dissatisfied
