The new printer is easy enough to use,& gives a good copy. What it does not do is flip the paper so that it will print on both sides. You have to reinstall the paper and hit continue. Probably my fought for not reading the box better.

Good value with great price point... solid printer & easy to set-up, but profile was a bit too tall for my space so I replaced it with an HP ENVY 6455e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer with built-in document feeder tray (allowing for a shorter profile).

So far so good. Perfect for at home and small spaces. Bluetooth printing is a breeze and connecting my phone and computers have been simple. The paper feed is in the back so it doesn’t hold a lot so depending on how mig your jobs are you may need to refill.

I love this printer. It is easy to use. It takes just a few moments to set up. The best part is that it is wireless and can be used from anywhere in the home. The prints are of good quality also.

The print quality is good, but it often goes offline. It’s a problem when you don’t have desk space to hardwire it to the computer. Any, who…buy if your looking for good print quality at a low price and I suggest you have some desk space for it.

This is an inexpensive printer. It does a nice job of printing and scanning but many of the parts appear to be very fragile. I handle it gingerly and it does everything I wanted it to do when I purchased it.

Because it is wireless, this is an appropriate printer to have in a multi level house - especially one with several devices handy. Seems to work well with any one of our devices. Can also scan documents, but only one page at a time. Easy to set up, too.

The new interface that HP uses on it's new lower priced printers isn't as good as the old ones with the screen interface IMO. Still. it offers great features for the $99 price and it performs well. Just have to adjust to the buttons.

It’s very easy to set up. I like that it’s small because it can fit in compacted areas. It prints from anywhere I am at which is awesome. And it prints pretty fast if it’s larger job.

Good home office printer but set up was tricky

I print less than 25 pages a month so I wanted a small, basic, home office printer. The set up instructions were simple. The printer worked at FIRST. I consider myself to be tech savvy but I had to call HP Support. It seemed like the printer was not communicating with my printer, MacBook Air, and WiFi. I don't know the real issues. However, HP Support was able to quickly resolve the problem. I used the HP's chat function to communicate with tech support... no phone call necessary. Good to know: For an additional cost, you can send mobile faxes. The "mobile fax" option is in the HP app. Overall, it's a good printer. I knocked it down a star because of the setup.

The printer is okay. But I am on the second one. The first one would never print during setup. I spent about a day of my time with HP support trying to get it working before they finally told me that it was a hardware problem and the printer would need to be replaced. But they would not replace it with a new printer. Only refurbished. So I returned the printer to Best buy and swapped it out for a brand new one which works fine. But I skipped the minimal instructions for setup and just called HP directly to we take me through the setup steps the second time around to get set up with no problem.

This printer is really surprisingly good - the print quality is exceptional, and despite some reviews I’ve read, it seems to print pages really quickly. The price is right. As inexpensive as it is, I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is. THE ONE PROBLEM, and it’s a major hurdle, is setting the thing up. It is not intuitive. There are a confusing variety of pushing bottom combinations to get it to do setup things, and if you don’t press them for exactly three seconds, you need to try again. It’s harder than assembling an IKEA product. Physically, not much of a problem, though without a paper manual, I had to Google how to install the ink cartridges. But the process of setting up the software and connecting it to the home network was absolutely, unreasonably awful. I would think that this thing would be ready out of the box, but if the three steps on the single paper telling you to download an app and use that to set it up doesn’t work, you will be confused about what the heck to do next. There are three or four ways to set the printer up, and I spent almost two hours trying and re-trying all the ways before I threw up my hands and reached for a hammer. Luckily, my wife intervened, and with her laptop, and several failed attempts. We eventually got it set up in about two hours. Before setup, I recommend going to the hp website. Find and read the manual. It’s long, but it’s the only place I found that tells you how to even put the thing into setup mode. And it will help you on putting the thing together (again, not the hard part). Yes, RTFM. Also, printing out of MS Publisher and Word is a little...different. Just read up on the Cisco WebEx Document Loader. I don’t have the patience yet to spend the time to figure out how to print from my iOS devices wirelessly. Trying and failing to set it up with iOS is what nearly broke my spirit. Also, we are very tech savvy. If you don’t have a fairly good grasp of the process on a good day, you may just want to pass it by and look for something easier to set up. If you aren’t sure, check out the online manual before you buy it. If you don’t get it, don’t get this. http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06611086

This is my second HP printer. The setup is easy on both a mac and windows computer. The print quality is good and the ink seems to last longer than most inkjets I have used. The scan quality is good and easy to use.

It does what it says on the tin. I would have given it 5 starts except I would not connect to my network until I hard wired it, then it found the network and I was able to unplug the wired connection.

This printer is easy to set up and very easy to use. You can sign up for the free ink program if you want, but if you're just printing receipts or something, it may be good to purchase your own ink. I love the multi functionality of this device; i can have it print something when I'm not even in the same house as the printer. It will put it in a queue and when you return home, you can print it then. Really cool! I also love the mobile faxing feature, especially when youre faxing something quick to a company. Because of this purchase, i haven't had to go to Office Depot to print/copy/fax items anymore and i can enjoy the convenience of doing that at home.

I have had to buy this printer twice in less than a year. The first one keept jamming. Now the brand new one, doesn't talk to the HP App very well, so when I want to print or scan even 1 page, it takes 15 minutes of wrestling and arguing with the machine that it is connected. The instant ink is a rip off also. I ended up having to reactivate my ink membership to be able to use the cartridges I had because they have a chip in them..... I still could't use those, I had to buy ink, then instal the new chipped inked when it got here two weeks later. I hate HP but I was desperate.
