I have had Geek Squad out twice to connect a simple printer and he told me it does not recognize the black ink cartridge. It needs a new starter cartridge. I have tried to make an appointment to come in and get either another printer or starter cartridge, but can't get a response. Very, very dissatisfied

love the TV as a TV, but it will not program to the comcast remote, and to take advantage of some of the smart tv feature you have to have your google account added, and then every single thing I did, always brought up the dumb google assistance wanting me to use ONLY their apps - running the TVs in my house to my home network for Plex and stuff rather than "APPS" I wanted a smart tv as they normally have better picture quality while hooked to a computer and the ONLY way I could get rid of that assistant was to factory reset the tv and purposely leave the wifi OFF and no google account associated to it - as a "TV" it's great beautiful picture

Great, handles great, but the ink runs out to fast

I cannot express the frustration that I have with this printer. I have only had it for a few months and it already doesn't work. My last printer lasted me YEARS, even AFTER my son's cat peed on it! I am not a huge printer. Homework assignments for the kids. the occasional tax form, etc. But when I need my printer, I would like for it to work! I am CONSTANTLY troubleshooting this thing! It never says why it is malfunctioning, I have to guess. There is no error code. It just stops working. The light might start blinking, or it might say printer offline, but no reason as to why. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, I have unplugged it and plugged it back in a hundred times. I have even wired it with a USB. It still won't work! And forget about if you change your internet company! I had to call tech support because there are absolutely no instructions on how to reset the WIFI. I would NEVER suggest this printer to anyone! It is awful!

I read some reviews about this printer that were making me back down from buying it but I’m glad it didn’t go with what people were saying I’m happy with my purchase very easy to use love that it has the option to subscribe for the ink .

Wouldn't stay on wifi! Also, it wouldn't automatically print on both side. I should have read the description a little closer. Returned it for a Canon Printer

I like the size and look of printer, not too big and bulky. Just right for my home office. However I could not get my ink transfer from previous printer added. Although it was supposed to be compatible. Spent half a day with technician from ink jet and did not succeed in transferring my ink account.

It prints well and works wirelessly so I am happy.
