I went back to the store to request a visit by the Geek Squad and was told that I needed to call the 800 number for an appointment. I have spent 2 days getting disconnected after opening the web site as instructed. I understand that there is sometimes a one hour wait for an agent, but when I was told that I could request a call back I was immediately disconnected. Can I expect a response to my problem, I am not technically smart and have difficulty with written instructions. Thank you, Marthalee Sweetman 9144192905

Document feeder for making copies using the button on the front of printer makes it just like a office copier. I wish The document feeder would work With the scan button on the printer.

Color quality is awesome. Only issue I have had is the HP Smart app errors out every time I attempt connecting it via WI-FI so I am using it hard-wired instead.

I called tech-support for the printer and they couldn’t even get the error code to stop and could not get the printer to work. I will be returning it.

No instructions on how to use it and when I tried to register it with the serial number and model number on the printer, it did not recognize them. Ink cartridges are small and in fact you can't buy them-out of stock everywhere. Have had to unplug it to turn it off and continually having problems with connectivity. Stay away from this one!

It was easy to install, and the printed paper was nice. Easy to set up to the network and my phone, worked both ways no issues.

If not the printer will jot work. Even after you try to cancel your plan they will keep trying to charge. There is no way to print without internet or the account set up. Printer app works well with IOS but jot Andriod.

There were several flyer type pages, but only one "quick start-up" brochure included. I was able to get the printer up and running and print a test page. However, I didn't have clue to which buttons did what, as there was no manual included. I went on-line and searched HP for an opportunity to order a booklet, but the only thing available was a booklet on line and a print option...too many pages. I did find a video which explained what was what. My previous "Brother" printer had better quality.
