I followed what to do on the website and the only thing to do now is buy a new colored ink cartridge and see if that works. It reads colored ink for about a line of work or the test sheet that prints other wise it will not read the ink. Should have made sure this worked as i have only been using black ink till now and am unable to return it.

Also, I "age a year" waiting for it to print. I did not realize that the print speed was listed in advertising. But I have had it over the time limit to return, and now I'm stuck with it. Am I happy with it? Not really.
