Good value printer. This prints out surprisingly crisp pictures. Print quality is mid level quality for value pricing.

Installing the WiFi can be tricky. Look up instructions online, as it’s little to simple with docs that come with packaging.

Was difficult connecting to WiFi and still trying to figure out how to scan. A booklet or pamphlet with those step by step instructions would help me at age 60.

Does most of what it needs to, though I do wish it had double sided printing! Set-up, especially for wireless printing, takes some technical know how and trial and error.

Appears to be a good product. Cartridges are fairly reasonable. The only issue is that it has to be set up from a smart app and does not easily conect to chrome.

    Worst printer I've ever used

Piece of junk, has trouble drawing the paper in to print, you have to help it sometimes, doesn't always print on the paper straight, then when I opened the door to change the ink it fell apart and pieces fell in and jammed it up, haven't even had it 6 months and now it's basically trash, ho went down hill fast

      Hi, Chris.

I’m sorry you’ve had such a dreadful time with your printer. Your frustration comes as no surprise, considering you endured a malfunctioning document feeder followed by internal parts spontaneously breaking. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll provide a resource and some information designed to do just that.

I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess the situation and find the best course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
      - hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

This is the second one I bought: the first one died after 18 months light personal use. I want to like this but even the Geek squad had me on the phone for over an hour trying to get it to speak to my relatively new laptop. But worst of all HP support and help was non existent past the very basics.
