Maybe it's me.... maybe it’s user error... but when I go to the preferences 2 sided printing is grayed out. I love the printer but wish i did not purchase it due to something that should be a required function is not available.

Sent 9 pages that included color and took 3 hours to print. The quality of output good, timeliness horrible. In addition, the preliminary ink cartridges that come with the printer was completely used up in those 9 pages.
