    Purchased this printer and spent hours trying to get it to down load off the Wi-Fi. Tried contacting HP for assistance and all they said was "contact your Wi-Fi carrier! I returned this printer and bought a Epson and had it downloaded in 15 min with NO Wi-Fi problems!

    Printer is very "persnickety" and does not perform easily. I compare it to a similarly priced HP that quit working under the Best Buy extended warranty and bought this 4155. I did not want a printer with a lot of "bells and whistles" for my purposes. I would suggest to look at other models.

    It wasn't what I thought it would be. I assumed it was like my older model but it was completely different. I especially dislike how the paper comes out. Not sure if it will handle photos very well.

    Very basic and simple All in One. Haven’t been able to figure out how to use the scanner yet. I’m not the “tech-iest” person out there but sometimes it’s a bit confusing since there’s a lack of buttons or explanation on how to use the All in One. Keep the instruction pamphlet close by.
