    I had a minor problem with the product install, but the Geek Squad helped resolve the issue. However, a few weeks later, I traced the real issue back to the fact that my seven year old MacBook laptop required a operating system reinstall and that was the reason that I experienced the problem. I am happy with the functionality of the printer!

    It wasn't what I thought it would be. I assumed it was like my older model but it was completely different. I especially dislike how the paper comes out. Not sure if it will handle photos very well.

    I was excited to finally see an affordable home printer in stock, but I wound up returning it. First, I couldn't access the online drivers to install it without it trying to attached the printer to my phone. I didn't want it on my phone; I wanted it attached to my laptop for work. Wouldn't do it; laptop wouldn't even show up as an option. NO instructions in the box! Also, putting the ink in was ridiculous. I've had several home printers over the years and never had problems loading the ink. Once you get it in there, if you have to take it out for some reason, the carriage disappears and you can't retrieve it to replace the cartridge. Main problem, though, was the inability to connect it to the proper device. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and took it back.
