I’ve had to do hard resets every time I need to use it. It enters sleep mode and doesn’t wake up unless I unplug it and plug it back in. Scans good. But be ready to have issues with this.

I can’t tell from your review why your printer won’t come out of sleep mode when it should, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. We have to unplug it and plug it pack in every time we use it. We also have to switch our internet connection to the printer every time also.
