    HP 4155e, trouble loading on computer. Geek Squad called and they got it on after some time. Worked 2 weeks then scanner was not recognized. Returned back to Best Buy and bought different printer, the HP 9015e

    The printer is nothing special but sufficient for scanning and printing on occasion. The downside is acquiring the ink. Call it the pandemic, HP's stability, or whatever, but if I can't get the ink then it becomes a paperweight and an expensive one.

    Paper feeder not working. Always paper got jammed. Terrible product. I got another one and it had different issues. HP ink subscription never sent an ink supply.

    Robert was here on time and very professional. The install went very smooth. However I was looking forward to receiving the supply of ink delivered to my door.(I had saved up so many things to print that I used it up fast!) Now I have to go out and buy some.I guess that I did not do something right.
