    The printer is nothing special but sufficient for scanning and printing on occasion. The downside is acquiring the ink. Call it the pandemic, HP's stability, or whatever, but if I can't get the ink then it becomes a paperweight and an expensive one.

    I had trouble setting this printer up on my own. After being on the phone with HP for over an hour I gave up hope with this printer. I tried installing it myself but the HP Smart app said that it didn't recognize my printer as a smart print which is the reason why I ended up on the phone with someone from HP support. There was way to many steps to getting the printer installed on my computer. I was able to print afterwards but then I tried registering for instant ink couldn't do that either,so the HP support gave up hope and transferred me to another department and I just hung up the phone, I don't like this printer setting it up was too complicated.

    Works ok as all function in one for home. It is very slow when printing. After I bought the model 4155 about one month later, Bestbuy offered a new model 4155e for the same price. Felt like being tricked...

    As soon as this printer was plugged in and ready to go, it never worked correctly. I wanted to use it through wired connection to my computer, and even though it was wired to the computer, it kept switching to trying to connect via wifi. It would print one page, and then completely stop printing all together. Was a complete struggle. Was not even able to use it for more than 10 minutes because it was a non-operating printer. Returned it as soon as I could!

    Not user friendly, jam’s easily, sleeps harder than my dog and difficult to wake up. It’s a cheaply made machine, stops printing for no reason code displayed. Screen is tiny and gives very little information.
