The scanner part just keeps going back and forth for no reason. I just unplug it while im not using it. It works fine though so for how cheap it was i dont mind its faults.

After being on the phone with HP for over an hour I gave up hope with this printer. I tried installing it myself but the HP Smart app said that it didn't recognize my printer as a smart print which is the reason why I ended up on the phone with someone from HP support. There was way to many steps to getting the printer installed on my computer. I was able to print afterwards but then I tried registering for instant ink couldn't do that either,so the HP support gave up hope and transferred me to another department and I just hung up the phone, I don't like this printer setting it up was too complicated.

I wanted to use it through wired connection to my computer, and even though it was wired to the computer, it kept switching to trying to connect via wifi. It would print one page, and then completely stop printing all together. Was a complete struggle. Was not even able to use it for more than 10 minutes because it was a non-operating printer. Returned it as soon as I could!

It’s a cheaply made machine, stops printing for no reason code displayed. Screen is tiny and gives very little information.
