    Does not pair with my phone, computer or laptop wirelessly. Also the black ink it came with doesn’t work.

    Really Bad Costomer Service ! This was my last purchase from Best Buy. Never ever will purchase anything from Best buy.........

    Good little printer, it does what need it to do. Although I had to buy a cable to connect it to the computer in Oder to get the wireless to work and after it set the wireless u it told me to disconnect the cable and not reconnect it. I don’t know why it required connecting the cable cause I haven’t used it since!!!!

    Getting it connected to Wi-Fi was a night mare. Ok printer, it doesn’t have double side printing.

    Extremely unreliable, has no UI, the only way to interact with it is theough an App. Please save yourself a heache and buy a printer with a functional screen.

    Do not buy. I had a good printer. However needed a wireles printer, to print documents from my tablet and phone.

    Very nice looking but it gets confused a lot and says it’s busy only becuase you can’t ask it to print too fast or it gets busy and you have to go into the app to clear out the older print copies

    If I could give it zero stars I would. By far THE worst printer I have ever used. Don't waste your money. Constant connection problems and the paper constantly gets jammed.

    Not easy to use. Everything is wireless. I have not been able to complete the setup to use my printer with the exception of making a copy to test that it works. The copied paper came out okay but where I live the WiFi isn’t strong (I’m guessing that’s why I haven’t been able to complete the setup) so I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone without great internet for the setup and also someone tech savvy. Im sad I waited so long to open. Did Christmas shopping early bought this for my boyfriend and we can’t use it. I prefer a traditional setup with wireless features like the HP Envy. I purchased the HP Envy and I love that printer.
