    In terms of print quality, it's fine. But setup was a nightmare and I never could get the HP App to actually install it - had to figure out a workaround. Would not buy this again.

    Confusing Instructions to set up and order ink ref

    Rather than include straight forward instructions with product, one had to search internet and piece together online info. Then they got into this whole ink re-order without indicating overall cost of package vs ordering individual cartridges

    Reinstalled the driver 3 tines in a week. Turned back got a cannon T7800 happy ever since. Best buy took it in without any issue. Thanks.

    Very nice looking but it gets confused a lot and says it’s busy only becuase you can’t ask it to print too fast or it gets busy and you have to go into the app to clear out the older print copies

    If I could give it zero stars I would. By far THE worst printer I have ever used. Don't waste your money. Constant connection problems and the paper constantly gets jammed.

    Good little printer, it does what need it to do. Although I had to buy a cable to connect it to the computer in Oder to get the wireless to work and after it set the wireless u it told me to disconnect the cable and not reconnect it. I don’t know why it required connecting the cable cause I haven’t used it since!!!!

    Constant errors requiring power reset. The latest error appears to be an internal state error that cannot be fixed. Completely stopped working less than a year after purchase.

    Piece of Junk. Noisy and mechanically clumsy. Slowest computer related device I have ever owned. HP makes some excellent products, but this one should be avaoided.
