Easy to set up and the Ink Program resolves the "Oops! I ran out of ink again!" issues so many have when they forgot to buy ink. The only possible near negative is it only comes in white...not enough for a star demotion.

I returned this and got a full refund

The printer worked for a couple of days. Then it would not print. I had the Geek Squad come to my home to try and fix it.After Robert DeRone came and checked it all out, the next day it would not print. It is saying it is OK, but does not print. I want my money back or a replacement. Please contact me so that I can return this printer. I am not a happy customer.

It was sold out everywhere and I needed a multi use printer for work and personal use. I have printed over 100 pages so far and they were all on thick card stock. This printer doesn’t leave the flaky pieces like some laser printers use.
