    Since the day I purchased this printer I have had 4 customer support calls with HP in order to get the printer to connect to snd stay connected to a brand new HP printer. In fact, the printer stopped working again today. If it is the worst user friendly computer I have ever purchased. I will be returning.

    This printer worked great for 1 month. Then stopped connecting to the HP ink services, still charged for the monthly fee but would not allow me to print anything. Was a fight with HP tech for help. 0 out of 10. Never had a problem with HP printers until this instant ink crap.

    It is not easy to set up. I have to look up youtube to connect the printer. Apparently they didn't provide the wire to set up initially.

    Printer constantly shows offline, won’t stay connected to WiFi, I could only get the software to download to my iPhone. It will not install on my Dell laptop. It shows installed but continues to say printer is not connected to the network. I’m calling Best Buy to see if I can return it without the box.

    Great Product. I love working with it. It fulfills all my needs. Best Buy fulfilment for making it pickup ready was very quick and contactless pick up before store opens was pretty satisfying.

    The setup is super easy and relatively fast. The options available are good. The app is good enough. The biggest issue I find is that every time I have to print anything I have to unplug and plug for the printer to work.. my computer finds the printer just fine but the printer does not want to print or do anything unless it is freshly turned on which is annoying. I’m seriously considering just returning it since I didn’t sign up for this hassle.

    We love our new printer from HP. We just received our first ink delivery as well. We signed up for automatic delivery. It's wonderful. We highly recommend this product. Thank you Best Buy and HP.

    Great printer that can do a lot. Had a little issue at first trying to get it to connect to our WiFi but with some time and fiddling with it, finally got that resolved. Love I can print from my phone.

    Wifi setup was impossible! Started over from the beginning several times, no difference. Tried USB setup but wait, no usb included. After acquiring a usb, setup was eventually accomplished. No tech support from Best Buy. HP tech support sent me to file a case # which I could refer to if I called. After 25 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. I just wanted a simple "plug and play" home printer/copy/scan. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    this is a good printer for the price. It was somewhat difficult trying to get it to print from my phone. But i figured it out after a while. You can download the hp app and print from almost anywhere.

    It was not a simple set-up. Eventually did it online. Had to call help line to figure out basic tasks. First fax arrived illegible. Great scanner.
