    Slowest printer in world, took almost 30 minutes to print 25 pgs or less. Do not recommend at all

    Decent printer for the paid price. It occasionally disconnects from the wifi and a quick reset is needed.

    Be prepared to jump thru a lot of hoops if you buy this printer. Near impossible to set up. (Geek Squad couldn't do it either). After printing less than 50 pages it needed ink cartridges. HP support in non existant.

      I’m sorry to hear that your printer ran out of ink so quickly. I can certainly see why that would be an unwelcome surprise, especially after a difficult setup process. I want you to understand what’s happening with the device and remedy the problem if one exists, so I’ll offer what I hope are helpful resources and information.

      First, I can’t say for certain what happened with the ink supply in your case, but some printers come with what are known as setup cartridges, which have a lower capacity than regular or XL cartridges, and less still than ones in our Instant Ink program. If you’ve used only the cartridges that came with the printer, this could explain what you’re seeing.

      However, if you’ve installed replacement cartridges, the XL cartridges designed for your printer have estimated yields of 200 to 240 pages, while the regular size cartridges are expected to produce 100 to 120 pages. How cartridges perform in your own printer varies according to numerous factors, including resolution, how dry the air is and how absorbent the paper is.

      Regardless, if your results differ dramatically from the estimates above, or you want further input on how to use less ink, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find the best course of action.     Beautiful machine, but I cannot get it to print.

    My computer said that I had installed it correctly, but it goes through the actions and will not print anything. I am sure that it is my doing. But I need help.

    Easy setup and print ready in a few minutes. The print cartridges are hard to find, but that is the same issue in a few other printer models right now.

    nice printer little issue with drawing in paper crooked that causes some paper jams ,haven't checked it out to see why yet.other then that is good

    Great printer at a great price. Easy to use and includes a feeder which is great when you need to scan multiple page documents at one time.

    Just like previous HP printers I have purchased, this one didn't even last a full year before it simply quit printing. I have had no luck with trying to get this printer back online. It's as though it's no longer compatible with the internet. I am so through with HP products.
