    Inconsistent Connectivity

This is a great printer for the price. The problem is it only works on the network when it feels like it. Sometimes it starts up and prints using a phone or laptop and sometimes it refuses to connect to the network. It usually takes me several tries to get it located. I tried a cable and that didn't help either. If it was consistent I'd give it 4 stars.

Really not worth the buy in my opinion. The wireless capability isn't good, takes forever to print or worse yet, when you are waiting for a document or photo to print it just doesn't happen even after multiple resets. Good in the idea but very poor in execution.

First of all, setup was a pain in the rear having to use HP Smart app that isn't very smart at all. What should have been a 15 minutes setup if all I had to do was download the software, turned into an hour and half because of the stupid app. The biggest problem is that the printer continually goes offline and won't wake up. The only way to solve the problem is to unplug it from the power source and plug it back in. I even used the recommended HP Doctor program to fix it the problem (which the program told me it fixed), but it didn't. Not too thrilled with the quality of print either. Nothing like my HPOfficejet 8600. Unfortunately, I kept giving the printer a chance to finally work like it's supposed to and discovered I was too late to return the stupid thing.
