      Hi there.

I’m sorry to learn that you’ve had a frustrating experience with your printer. Your review is brief, and I can’t tell what specific roadblocks you’ve hit or what features leave you wanting more. Nonetheless, I’ll provide some resources I hope will help you remedy whatever issue you face and get the most from the device.

First, for help solving problems, you can visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various tasks and issues, including setup, cartridge installation, print quality and connectivity. There you’ll also find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning issues. Visit that page here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics

For more help with difficulties, or to learn more about your printer and all its features, you can access a setup tutorial – if you still need it – as well as troubleshooting guides, how-to documents, user manuals and software updates here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/product/model/2100187854

If you need further assistance with anything, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic in some areas, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

      Hi, Bibi.

I’m sorry your printer has performed poorly for you. Your review is brief, but it’s easy to understand why frequently needing to reset the device when you need it would quickly become exasperating. I want to help you improve the device’s performance. I hope the resources listed below serve that end.

First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including wireless connectivity, which I suspect might play a role here. Otherwise, on the same page, you’ll find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning difficulties. You can find that page here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics

I guess you get what you pay for. I had to return this item as it was very finicky connecting to WiFi and printing. Sometimes it would work and others it wouldn't. Then, it would randomly start printing. Worked better with my phone than Mac. Going for a better printer.

      Hi, Aliyah.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has rendered prints so slowly and run out of ink before you’d anticipated. The disappointment you express is certainly understandable, considering this poor start to owning a device. I want to help you remedy the situation, so I’ll offer a resource and some clarifying information I hope will attain that goal.

First, I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site that covers improving print speed; choose whichever of the following two links matches your operating system:
      - Windows: support.hp.com/us-en/document/bud03409
      - Mac OS: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01928898

Also, often just updating the firmware can help improve print speed. You can find out how to do that here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02919168

As for the ink supply, I can’t say for certain what happened in your case, but some printers come with what are known as setup cartridges, which have a lower capacity than regular or XL cartridges, and less yet than ones in our Instant Ink program. XL cartridges for your printer have an estimated page yield of 200 to 240 pages. Another possibility is the printer is not reading the cartridges correctly and is giving an inaccurate reading.

Regardless, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this printer. I wanted to love it. But it didn't love me back. It had alot of technical issues that caused me to have to return it. I also spent an extra $50 just to have some techs try and fix it, which worked for a few weeks. I will say one good thing about it -- it's cute...
