Horrible Printer

Had I known this I would never have bought it, I thought for sure that a HP printer would work with an HP computer, I would recommend to no one.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER

I purchased this printer about a month ago for my daughters virtual learning assignments and it worked for all of two weeks and then stopped working. In calling HP we were basically told that the product is very old and would no longer take updates and sending it in for repair was no guarantee the issue would get fixed. Bottom line...DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Best Buy shouldn’t be selling these either so I believe both are at fault.

Slow and Bad Print Job

It is extremely slow at printing and its printing is mediocre at best- the type to smudge if highlighting a printed word. It started having issues not even a year after its use and we have used it lightly finishing less than half a ream of 500 papers since its purchase.

Disappointed
