    Slower than molasses in January

    Prints ridiculously slow - even in B&W. As I've experienced with previous HP printers I've owned, every time Microsoft does an update for Windows 10, the drivers need to be reloaded - and depending on the "mood" of HP it can take up to 2 hours. I would not recommend or buy again.

    BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE

    This is the worst HP product that I've ever purchased. It will not stay connected to my network and printing anything requires an hour of troubleshooting to get it to work. I do not recommend this printer at all.

    This is the most frustrating printer I have ever owned. Doesnt connect about 50% of the time and I always need to unplug and plug it back in for it to connect. The buttons are very slow to react as well.

    Ive had this for a year and haf nothing but problems. Print quality was frustrating but then I got hp support to get it working. Passed the return period and then started having constant connection problems. Anytime I want to print I have to run diagnostics through the HP app. Then when I did get it to print half the words would be missing and lined. I cleaned the print heads many times and eventually got it to sort of work in a barely legible fashion. Now one of the feeder rollers isn't grabbing paper so it wont print at all.

    Difficult Connecting to WiFi, Now a paperweight

    After the long set up process I was able to print one document after a five minute wait. A few days later I returned to print another document and I couldn't get a wifi connection so I had to reinstall it on my Windows 10 computer and still nothing. Just error messages. I'll probably go buy an ethernet cable to see if that solves the problem, otherwise I will have to return it. Whatever happened to the printers where you hit the print button and it printed a document. Very disappointed so far,

    Not happy at all! Was told we could hook a land line to it and you can't! Not easy to connect to WiFi especially if your WiFi is password protected! Spend hours trying to figure it out and got nowhere!!
