The Wi-Fi Direct worked for a bit, but drivers would not install properly, could not receive faxes, and could not get the printer to connect to my Wi-Fi network at all. The software would always show the printer as "Offline" yet I could print from Word when the Wi-Fi Direct was working. After a while, it corrupted my HDD, lol, just wow. I am returning and getting a different model HP. Awful experience setting this thing up. Looks like a lot of others had an easy time for whatever reason.

The printer kept falling off the network. Also the first time i used it after printing the Test page, I loaded paper to the back and it grabbed 4 sheets. We sent a pdf to print and it took a while to print. It was purchased for college student. The next few days again it kept pulling multiple sheets when printing. I had GEEK squad coverage but after doing some research I felt my $100 printer was going to be $1000 worth of headaches. PC Magazine listed another printer by HP as their best Small Business printer. It was $120 more but for piece of mind OfficeJet Pro 9015. So far so good, zero paper jams and zero network drops in 1 week!

I had to return it because it wouldn’t stay connected to WiFi. My WiFi is super close and it still didn’t work, not only that but I kept having to restart it just to print.
