    The reason why I gave it a three me and my mom followed the instructions we found out if you have a old email address and it tries to use the one you no longer have because it tries to send a code to the old one same thing with the hp laptop if we would have known it worked the same way we would have gotten a different one

    I always have good success with HP products, getting an all-in-one printer, copier, scanner for $99.00 is great. It will take some time for me to fully evaluate this model, but I think it's going to be a winner.
