I had to return it because it wouldn’t stay connected to WiFi. My WiFi is super close and it still didn’t work, not only that but I kept having to restart it just to print.

You cannot have a weak wifi signal or lose power because it will never connect again to wifi. I purchase this printer original for our daughter who was leaving for college however because it was 100% wifi she could not use it at her college. Since I purchased it Aug 2020 - I have only been to get connected to wifi once, we lost power at our home and have not been able to reconnect the printer wifi again. I did not recommend this type of printer unless you have a strong wifi system

I can’t tell from your review why your printer won’t re-establish the connection, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I have to unplug and plug back in to get it to turn on. No technical support from hp with out a case number. Buy a canon pronter
