Once I got that part figured out -- my printer is constantly going offline. Right now, my printer is offline -- and I have tried to use the HP help -- and they are no help.I have been sitting here for 3 hours trying to get my printer online. Still no help. No results.

I’m sorry that your printer has not maintained a reliable wireless connection and you’ve had difficulty printing certain types of documents. I can easily see why that combination would be tremendously frustrating, so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.

Regarding the printing issue you mention, I can’t tell from your review why your printer is performing that way. So, for that – and if you need further assistance with connectivity – I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. - Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

After speaking with HP support for over an hour it was advised to go with the HP Envy. Be careful when purchasing with a Mesh WiFi system.
