I love HP product... It always good and life longer

Took a while to understand to connect to iPhone, eventually loving it now

First you can't set it up - "download the app" it tells you. Then when lights stay lit or start flashing nothing tells you why. When the App tells you the printer is "offline" nothing tells you how to fix it! And every other wifi item in the house is working fine!! Since setup it will not shutoff unless unplugged! I used it (without directions) until every light was lit & it stopped doing anything. It's been that way about 2 months now. I've had several previous HP printers & loved them, but if this is an example of what they're like now I'll look elsewhere because this thing is going out of here.

There are a lot of inexpensive printers out there. I always trusted HP. Well not this one. Installation was not smooth and after i was able to set it up the printing was slow. Checked hp and other sites and nothing worked. Just happened to catch a setting on the settings page that said default paper was high gloss picture. Changed that and the print function worked. However after a few days it would go offline and then the auto doc feature stopped working. I had to power off and on to get it recognized. When working it did work well. Until the auto doc feed stopped Returned it for a full refund

Do not buy. We have to constantly disconnect the power and reconnect to get to make simple photocopy. Plus they force and every in in the household to create an account and sign in . Otherwise it will not work . If you have a guest trying to print , he also has to create an account and sign in . Their subscription plan is ridiculous . starts at 50 pages/ month at 3$ .Already incurred several overuse and I had to cancel it . The cartridge that were included did not work unless you sign in for a plan. Just returned it and asked for another one as luckily I purchased a 3 years protection plan

Tried using the app 4 separate times to connect this printer. Then tried to set up using a desktop. It never works. Save yourself the hassle and skip this one.

The product was good the service exemplary....I am done with this.

I could not make this printer work. I went to the HP website and wound up chatting with algorithms which kept referring me to technical pages. The next day I found a chat room with a live body. I could not make him/her? understand that I couldn't even load the ink. I typed in Forget it! I then smashed the printer into a hundred or more pieces. I fault Best Buy for not steering me over to Canon or Epsom or anybody else. When I do go to these others, I'll be sure about access to live people and I'll be sure to get the Geek squad to install my ink and sign any contract to have their support. That is, if Best Buy doesn't ban me from their property.

This printer is amazing, it's wireless and that makes it very convenient.

There were no instructions on how to bring this printer/copier/scanner on line and it took me over 15 hours to get it working. Unacceptable. HP. Provide good directions.
