    This took forever to figure out! I had to recruit a Neighbor to help me and it still took us 4 hours to complete. I called Best Buy to see if anyone could help and no one could. Very frustrating!

    Didn’t fit my needs at all. Would go to sleep and not wake up. Did not work well with some windows apps that I use just about every day. Took it back.

    This is my fourth HP printer in the last two years. Each printer has been a total piece of crap.... On my last 3 HP printers, they had ink pump failures. HP makes a very poor quality product. I only buy them because I am being cheap but this has now cost me the price of one high quality printer. This printer here is extremely cheap.... It might get you buy printing here and there but DO NOT BUY HP products if you depend on printing anything for your business, work or school. I was in a pinch and needed a cheap throw away and that is exactly what this is.

    Terrible printer. I had so many problems trying to hook this up and get it to print from my phone! HP makes you feel dumb, they were not much help at all.

    I should have listened to the reviews. Can't really recall a time I bought a product and wanted to return so bad the same day. Connecting to wi-fi was easy because I used the app so it went well. The quality of the printer when I took it out of the box was flimsy and cheap. I honestly hate printers that make that annoying old-school printing sound and I assumed that it was 2020 it would not do that. I will be returning and I would not recommend this to a friend.
