No clear instructions with the printer for connecting to home wifi. Every time I change computers to send to the printer, I lose the connection from the printer to the first computer and have to set up all over again. Very inconvenient. Does not print to the bottom of the page but leaves about an inch of content unprinted.

Worst Printer I saw in my life time

This item is the furthest thing from "plug-and-play". The amount of hoops you have to go through is infuriating just to get it to work. I scan documents quite a bit for my work. The on-board HP Smart scanning feature is HORRID. I lost hours worth of scanning from a misclick. For some reason, the scanner is undetectable outside the HP Smart app. I'm returning this, no question about it. I recommend you save up for a better printer, preferably outside the HP brand.

Waste of money

This printer doesn't link to the app, which just keeps trying to do something. It's all app driven so you can't press a scan button on the actual machine. Waste of money. It printed the first couple of days and then gave out. Spend a few more dollars and get a printer that actually works. I missed the 15 day return window because this lasted just long enough to make it past that.

Nightmare

After 2 plus hours, I could not get this printer to "find" my home network. The box comes with ZERO directions and information. I've had numerous HP printers in the past with good success, but as long as there is no direct way to connect to wifi and home networks, never again. Do not buy this printer unless you get a new cell phone every year.

Buyer Beware!

Each time I've had to contact technical support for assistance in getting it to work, wasting hours of my life attempting to connect and chat with someone online. Don't even try calling. Save yourself the trouble and hassles and buy something else. This is not the printer for you!! And to be clear, I'm very technically savvy, This is just a crappy product. I'm so upset that I discovered this outside of the window for return.

Doesn't work consistently

Wireless connectivity is inconsistent. I get at least 5000 of my daily steps by walking in to turn it off and turn it back on- which kind of defeats the whole purpose of a wireless printer. Most recently it perpetually shows "out of paper" even though it is clearly not. The Virtual Assistant offered by HP is awful. I've had HP products before that worked flawlessly, so I am surprised and frustrated with this one.

Horrible and not user friendly!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This printer doesn’t print on command, you have to find it in your settings and click on print again after asking the computer to print. You have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to come off the sleep setting. It’s supposed to be able to print from your phone BUT only if you are printing the document FROM your phone. It is the least user friendly printer/device that we have ever owned!!!! If we could take it back, we would be running to do so!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!

Terrible quality

The tech support is the worst I have ever encountered. If your purpose is a printer that does an occasional print job.....then maybe you would not mind it. This printer would not even print my bank statement, which I think is a basic function of a printer. After a couple weeks of dealing with this inferior piece of equipment, I ordered another printer, which was not an HP.
