This printer is impossible to set-up. It is very stressful and difficult to set up wifi connection. Online help forums told me to call my router company to figure out how to connect the printer to wifi. I have wasted many hours and have never experienced such difficulty connecting something to wifi. The set-up instructions take you in circles and the HP setup app does not help.

I'm giving mine to the Good Will. I tried finding a way to get speak to someone in technical support, but it is not easy to find; that is if it is available at all. I understand companies want it's patrons to try FAQs and their automated assistance first, but when you know the issue if printer specific, you are wasting your customer's time. At least make it to where after the FAQs there's an option for live assistance.

It was a difficult installation. It had to be repeated to complete. It finally would print but would not copy. I had other people double check the problems I was having and they could not resolve my issues. I finally got in touch with an HP agent for some tech help online. They are sending me a replacement. They believe there is a hardware issue. I wish you could speak with a person.

Very upset with performance of this printer. It is impossible to get it to print consistently without problem. Our last HP always worked as far as internet connection. This one never works. I always have to unplug it and it still won’t work. I’m exchanging it for a different one. I also ordered extra ink. Not very happy. I’m an instructor and I need to use it frequently and right away. I don’t have time to mess with it. I just wanted simple printer.

Displeased The printer only holds a few pieces of paper in it. Also, we haven't found a way to print envelopes. It is absurd to print out an address, and then cut and place it on an envelope. My old compuater used to do everything quickly. This printer does one piece of paper very slowly. Why did I purchase this? I can't get out that often, but I must return this printer and get one something like my old one. Carol Bradford

This product did not connect well to the Wifi nor stay connected. I spent majority of the time trying to troubleshoot. It would give error messages that would not make any sense, such as paper jam, but then print a test page. I have previously owned an Epson printer and consider myself very tech savvy. I’m not sure if I just got a lemon or what, but there is so much wrong with this printer! From printing to turning it off, nothing works but to unplug it. It’s a fight every time I need to print something! I have a kid in college and one in high school that both need to print things, I work from home and need to print things, I really thought this would do the job. It is by far the worst printer I have ever had!
