Waste of time!

It sucks, not a friendly setup, won't connect to my internet, won't turn on after it goes into sleep mode (I have to pull the cord out and plug it back in just to get it to print) won't print from my HP email... JUST WON'T so just DON'T buy it!! It looks like it's a good quality plastic, it was $99.00 so it's cheap, but I don't and won't recommend it even to my worst enemy!

Worst printer I have owned.

I have always stood by HP products but this printer is the worst. I was able to print one document, then it wouldn't connect to internet. I tried the troubleshoot option, it recognized there was an issue but could not fix it. I will be returning this printer to the store.

Ive never had an electrical device give me so many problems. Prints when it wants, loses internet connection daily, Instant Ink is a trap, alignment was off after the 5th page printed. Constantly had to "Finish setting up" the printer. Was sent a refurbished piece of the same garbage. Cant use it yet because Instant Ink!

The directions were incomplete and I brought it back to store and purchased a different one(that was new model and not on sale)that worked fine immediately and the directions were precise and complete. The customer service assistant persuaded me to buy the first printer because it was on sale and it seemed as though they wanted to get rid of its’old model printers.

It copies nicely and did. Print out some set up info but I was used to set up wizards so I am learning note about MSC et addresses but still haven't gotten a connection I forgot I can get in touch with the Geek squad so I'll try to get their help. Send me another survey next week :)

Very disappointed

I’ve always had HP printers in the past and had pretty good luck with them but this one is extremely temperamental and every time I need to use it I have to go through the whole resetting thing; unplug the printer, the modem, the router, the computer, then it will print a few pages then the lights on the printer start flashing and everything goes haywire again.

Not a good Product

The roolers were making sqeeky noises. Today it stopped working.It lasted les than 3 month Paper does not feed any longer. I didnt even use up the ink cartridge it came with. I printed approximately 18 pages.I've spent less for a printer in the past and they lasted years. I am very disappointed,

Biggest Waste of Money

Installing was easy, however, I am constantly getting error messages, having to restart and replug the device in order to print anything. The app tells me there is no issue, that everything is connected and online, yet nothing will even print. This is the first day I tried using this printer. I've tried talking to customer service but they have not been any help.
