I had a lot of problems early on, but figured everything out with a little research. If you just want a printer that sees casual use for small jobs then this is probably the best one. Main critique, it's pretty slow in regards to printing and scanning. Definitely would not recommend as a work printer if you're constantly scanning documents. Also, don't buy this printer if you're not tech savvy. There are far more simple ones out there. For what it's worth, I've had mine for a few months and have not regret my purchase.

I bought this one because I didnt want a wireless printer which is hard to find now. This one could be used directly from my laptop with a USB. However, you need wireless service to set it up and have the app on my phone. Defeated the whole person. Took hours to set up, hardly ever prints from my laptop and sometimes prints from my phone. Hate it.

Was a bit disappointed that the included color cartridge only printed around 10 pages (which contained only colored highlights), but have already brought that directly to HP's attention. Overall, I'm happy with what I got for the price.
