little trouble setting up but it's all good - not a bad printer for the price.

For computer, need to download HP Smart app (from 123.hp.com) and run it to install print driver.

Great device. Would recommend this device to anyone looking for a good printer.

Saw the reviews about the free ink account and failures to print or scan, bought it, loaded android app (phone), connected to my home network just fine, then the error message "cannot continue try again later". Tried again. No go. Deleted Home network from printer. Opened my HP Account for the auto ink delivery (thinking I'll unsubscribe after the first delivery). Tested login, account is active,OK. Start over with app, connected to home network 'successful". Clicked on "Complete the Setup"... then again"sorry can't continue" and the try again later. No support help or chat bot on line. FAQs are a joke. Boxed it up, took it back, got an e ps on wor k force. Set up and running, printing and scanning in 20 minutes. Have fun with yours!

One star is a bit much for this printer review. Worked ok for about 6 months before it stopped communicating and working on my wifi. Called HP supprt and they werent able to diagnose the problem. Ubable to restore to factory settings because the printer doesn’t have the option. Aft about 10 hrs of my time wasted on the phone with them I gave up. They would tell me that my router or isp might be the problem but have 10 other devices working as expected. After a while of not being able to use we bought the usb cord which doesn’t come with. And worked without wifi a few more times before broken again.

I hate this printer. Never know when it will work or not. Does not stay connected to wifi. Have to unplug and replug almost every day!!!! HP provides no live support. Sucks.

WARNING!!!!!! The printer won't work, it's a scam to get you to purchase a plan that sends you ink before you need it. They can see how much ink you use, and paper too, and force you to give credit card, so they can bill you. Some people might like the plan and it's not a bad idea, however you will need to purchase non instant ink cartridges, as they are different. Spent hours trying to get it to print, then find out it won't unless you give credit card and subscribe to their plan or go to store and spend more money.

This printer has been TERRIBLE for me. The Wifi almost ALWAYS disconnects, leaving me with issues printing unless I physically connect it to my laptop. In addition, I can have no issues printing one document then all of a sudden EVERY error light starts flashing on the printer. Online support is terrible with on explanation as to what is going on, and only option I'm left with is to pay HP a lot of money to service the printer I should've never purchased. Calling for support involves waiting for hours for anyone to assist you, after already spending hours trying to fix the printer on your own. My advice - STAY AWAY from all HP printers.

The primywprl is pretty on good the printer could be better

When printer is printing, It always stops and has to restart. It repeats same print job. I've wasted a lot of ink and paper!

Worst printer of all time. Has never really worked maybe 5 times. I bought new cartridges and everything although it’s New still never worked absolute waste of money.

WON'T STAY ON LINE WITH DESKTOP..... TOO MUCH WASTED TIME AND WAITING FOR REPAIR

wireless is so difficult to set up due to my location, but wireless is all that is offered. don't know how I will be set up this wireless, because internet is so inconsistent that it keeps timing out

This is a piece of Junk, I am not sure what HP was thinking when making this printer , it doesn't connect to net, no display..

Unfortunately, everything was wrong with this printer. I spent 2 hours setting up the software, trying to get it to scan (whole purpose for the printer) and nothing worked. Tried to troubleshoot using the website support and nothing made sense. Probably because this is a budget option it's just not as easy to use or has the software set up properly
