Great Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, kudos to Best Buy, I ordered this understanding it would take 7 days, but it was delivered the next day! I've had HP Printers for at least 20+ years and felt to continue this streak, because I've had real good experiences with their products. I got this printer all set up without too much issue. The main issue I had was connecting it to my network. I read other reviews of similar issues but it took me 4 tries and finally got it connected. I'm sure my experience with this printer will be as good or better than my previous ones. I don't think you can go wrong with a HP printer.

One of the Worst Purchases I've Ever Made

I replaced my original printer and the new one has the same issue as the one it replaced: It is a horror to set up and once it is set up it keeps failing. Every time I want to print, I have to call HP support. I can never rely on this printer to simply work. I bought a printer to use for business and printing one page is always a nightmare because of the way this printer consistently fails to do what it's supposed to do: Print. I wish HP would either refund me or allow me to use my purchase price towards a different model altogether. But the only resolution they offer is sending me the same crappy printer. Plus, I don't even print that much. How can I? The printer rarely works. Yet, the printer drinks ink like water. So I've had to replace cartridges twice. Run -- do not walk -- away from making this purchase. It's a waste of money and extremely frustrating to be stuck with a machine that sucks as badly as this one does.

Don't waste your money.

This will be the third time I have had to schedule an appt. That will be $150 in in home charges. The computer sells for $125. Worst computer I have ever owned. Even when it did work, showed printer off line. Next time this happens, it's going in the dumpster.

HP Deskjet 4155e - Garbage printer

Took it back for an exchange. The new exchanged printer will not print at all. I will never buy another HP printer again.

Junk - Pay more for better

I had one problem after another, iwth software issues that truly are not yet resolved (as of 01/2021). When I look at my phone app, it says the printer was connected and ready to go. My computer says it's offline. The printer itself shows that it's connected. The print quality is also poor. I noticed that on virtually every document I print, at least one line is squashed down (and no it is not the paper feed. Save yourself the sorrow, and cough up an extra $50 for a printer that won't waste your ink with one wasted color ink test page after another, and your time as you endlessly restart your router and printer, trying to make this nightmare print your docs.

Do not buy.

Everytime you need to print, you'll find that you have to reinstall software, get it back "online", reset the wifi for it or some other issue. It is never available to print on demand, it's the worst printer I've ever bought.

Worst HP Printer I have used

This is a process that should have taken seconds or a couple of minutes. Once set up, it kept disconnecting from the network. I have had many HP printers in the past and this is the worst. It is going back to Best Buy.

Not worth my time or efforts

I own a small business, but need client forms filled out for each client. This printer started out pretty simple, set up for me was easy. Easy, that is, until I needed to purchase new ink. I have spent literally twice as much as I needed due to the cartridges not being able to communicate with the printer. I have tried every which way to Sunday to overcome this....HP virtual assistant is clueless and I cannot get the downloads to properly update the printer from neither the app or online. I have spent hours of my time trying to print one form due to loss of connectivity either through the Wifi or wireless functions. I am ready to throw this out the window and get an Epson or Canon. Sorry HP, I tried and I don't have hours to be placed on hold.

Difficult setup, No warning about 5G incompatible

First off, it is not compatible with 5G wi-fi and when consulted help to set up they wanted to get in touch with my Internet services to reconfigure my 5G-really for a computer. It also has a USB connection site but does not give you a cable! Returned after 2 hours of frustration

A Little Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though the paper guides are adjusted correctly, the scanner document feeder has a tendency to draw some (8.5 x 11) sheets in at a slight angle resulting in cockeyed scans. The iOS app connects over a Wi-Fi network and always sees the printer but sometimes gets hung up waiting to report the ink levels. (latest versions of the iOS, HP Smart & printer firmware)

No internet connection after 3 weeks

I was on the phone with HP for 2 days trying to fix the problem and they could not. I even talked with the company of my router, they couldn’t fix it either nor could Xfinity

Should have kept receipt and box…junk printer!

Have to disconnect, reconnect, wait for printer to refresh then keep pushing button till it decides to print one copy. Waste of money!

Trash, Required Subcription

Cancel the subscription, your ink cartridges don't work. The ones that come with it. You have to buy non instant ink cartridges. Paid for the service for over 6 months, printed barely 200 pages total. Ink that came with it still has over 50% yet I can't use it.

Then sometimes it says its offline or it will just print half of the pages. It is also hard to connect to the internet.
